How to measure SpO2 right on Samsung phones is extremely simple, no need for you to have smart wearable devices

Monitoring SpO2 is very necessary to help you know your health status. But not everyone can afford to buy a separate SpO2 meter like a smart meter. Today, let's learn how to measure SpO2 on Samsung without you having to have a wearable device.

How to measure SpO2 on Samsung

Before measuring, you need to make sure that your phone has sensors that measure blood oxygen levels. The list of phones that can measure I will leave below:

Galaxy S5
Galaxy S6 | S6 edge
Galaxy S7 | S7 edge
Galaxy S8 | Galaxy S8+
Galaxy S9 | Galaxy S9+
Galaxy S10 | S10+ | S10e
Galaxy Note 4
Galaxy Note Edge
Galaxy Note 5
Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy Note FE
Galaxy Note 8
Galaxy Note 9

Step 1: To measure the oxygen concentration in your blood, first you need to give yourself an application that is Samsung Health, you can find it on CH Play or click on the link below to download.

        •    Download the Samsung Health app

Step 2: After successfully downloading, open the application and agree to the terms of the application and allow the application to access some parts of your system.
Step 3: To measure SpO2, you have 2 ways to measure it, that is, press Measure in the Blood Oxygen section or press Measure in the Stress section. Because in the Stress section, it will generally measure you SpO2, heart rate and stress level too. After clicking measure, place your hand at the sensor position on your device and normally the sensor will be located on the back of the back near the camera. Place and wait a moment for the phone to measure you.
Step 4: And that's it, get the results.
If you don't have wearables yet, give it a try, but make sure your phone has an oxygen sensor. Wishing you success and good health. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments below and don't forget to share the article with everyone.
